By accessing or using ImagineDraw ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
Permission is granted to temporarily use ImagineDraw for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This license does not include: modifying or copying materials; using materials for commercial purposes or for public display; attempting to decompile or reverse-engineer any software contained in the Service; or removing any copyright or other proprietary notations.
The tutorials, sketches, and videos generated by ImagineDraw are yours to keep and use for personal and educational purposes. You retain full ownership of any images you upload. ImagineDraw retains the right to use aggregated, anonymised usage data to improve the Service.
You may not use the Service to upload images containing nudity, violence, hate speech, or any illegal content. You may not use the Service to generate tutorials for commercial resale without explicit written permission from ImagineDraw. We reserve the right to terminate accounts in violation of these rules without notice or refund.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on the plan chosen. You may cancel at any time from your Billing page. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first charge. After that, charges are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
The Service is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. ImagineDraw does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected. We make no warranties as to the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content.
In no event shall ImagineDraw be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or a prominent notice in the Service. Your continued use after such notice constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
