We collect information you provide directly: your name, email address, and payment information when you create an account or subscribe. We also collect uploaded images solely for processing your drawing tutorials. Additionally, we collect usage data (page views, feature interactions, device type) to improve the Service.
We use collected information to: provide, operate, and improve the Service; process your subscription payments; send you service-related communications (receipts, support replies, product updates); personalise your tutorial feed; and detect and prevent fraudulent or abusive activity.
Images you upload are processed by our AI pipeline to generate sketches and video tutorials. These images are stored securely for up to 30 days after deletion from your dashboard, after which they are permanently removed from our servers. We never share your uploaded images with third parties except our AI processing provider, which operates under strict data processing agreements.
The Service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under that age. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data without appropriate consent, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
We use essential cookies to maintain your login session. We use analytics cookies (anonymised) to understand how the Service is used. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or sell your data to advertisers. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings.
All data is transmitted over TLS/SSL (256-bit encryption). Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and never stored in plain text. Payment information is processed via Stripe and never stored on our servers. We conduct regular security audits and penetration tests.
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with: (a) payment processors (Stripe) to handle subscriptions; (b) AI infrastructure providers (under strict DPAs) to generate tutorials; (c) analytics providers (anonymised data only); and (d) law enforcement, only when legally required.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; correct inaccurate data; delete your account and all associated data; export your data in a machine-readable format; and opt out of non-essential communications. We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., financial records for 7 years). Anonymised usage data may be retained indefinitely for analytical purposes.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
